This was supposed to be up yesterday. But I forgot to save it. So it's gone and I have to re-type it all over again. ._.
Were watching YouTube videos the other day, and I came across this video on 'how to make mini cheesecakes'. It looked easy to make so I decided to give it a try.
I neither cook nor bake. I'm not the cooking/baking type of person. BUT! When the 'kick' comes, I will give it a try. Hehe. So, be proud if you've tried my cooking/baking. KIDDING.
Let's get back to the topic. The ingredients that you'll need are:-
1. Graham cracker crumbs
2. Softened butter.
3. 3 packets of cream cheese. [Equivalent to 750g]
4. 3 eggs
5.3/4 cup of sugar
6. 1 t of vanilla extract
What you'll need to do:-
Mix the crumbs and the softened butter. Press it hard to form the base.
Beat the cream cheese. Add the sugar. Add the vanilla extract.
Add in the eggs one by one.
Pour the mixture into your base.
Bake in the oven for 325 F which is about 160 Degree Celcius for about 25-30 minutes.
Leave to cool and place them into the fridge for at least 2 hours.
That's it. It's super easy.
I prefer it to be in the mini size because it's easier to eat. Just grab one and go.
Gonna try some other recipes next time.
Till then.
Xoxo.
