Chocolate mud cake bites!

I should blog more since I have the time now.
So I couldn't sleep last night. Well not only last night la. It's been awhile already. Insomnia! :(
Searched for videos to watch. My to-do-list every night. *wink*
And I found one video on how to make chocolate mud cake bites.

Disclaimer: If I want to cook/bake something, I will make sure that the instructions are too complicated. Or it takes up a lot of my time. Or a lot of ingredients needed. I want the recipe to be EASY and SIMPLE. Easy pisey.

Ingredients that you'll need:

1. 150ml of water
2. 100g of dark cooking chocolate
3. 80g unsalted butter
4. 120g caster suger
5. 2 eggs
6. 130g self raising flour

Place the water, butter and chocolate into a pot and melt it over a low heat.

After melted, add in the sugar. Stir until it dissolved.

Let it to cool.

Meanwhile beat the eggs! Slowly add in the cooled mixture into the eggs.

Sieve the flour into the mixture of water, chocolate, butter, sugar and eggs.

Mix well. There you go.

Pour the mixture into your baking tray and off it goes into the oven.

There's no need to pre-heat you oven. Just turn on your oven to a 160 Degree Celcius and bake it!

Wait for it to cool before cutting them into pieces.

Melt some chocolate and dip your mud cake bites!

You can put them into the fridge or leave them in a cool place.

That's it!

Easy right?

That's all for now.

Xoxo.
