Random things.

So on the 4th, I think, I went to Aeroport with some friends.

I've never been there before. It was my first time. The place is new too. It's near the airport.

Went there with Joshua. 

It's sort of a gathering. Form 5 gathering. It's been too long. Let's see who were there.

I would say the price is reasonable. Not too expensive. Not cheap either. Food was okay too. Not too bad. Not good either.

Celebrate Pik i's birthday on the 9th of August. It's her actual birthday. Four of us baked a rainbow cake for her birthday. Me, Jacq, Kah Sing and Joshua. It turned out pretty good. Why I say so? Because we didn't have custard sugar, replaced it with the normal ones. We didn't have enough butter. Just use all the butter in the fridge. I forgot what else we're short of. But yea. Joshua la! He told me that the ingredients are almost the same. I only brought self raising flour.

He even questioned me 'You know how to bake cake one or not?' Lol. But seriously, I seldom bake cake. I'm not the baking girl type okay. I'm not the girly type too. This adds on the heat in my head. JOSHUA DIDN'T HAVE THE ICING. TELL ME HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GIVE THE CAKE WITHOUT ICING. So we had to go to my house on the next day to do the icing. I bought one the other day. What adds more oil to the fire is that we had to drive to Flinders just to put the cake and back to Pik Ai's house to pick her up. IT WASN'T ON THE WAY. THAT'S WHY THERE'S MORE FIRE. ISH. 

After baking, me Kah Sing and Joshua went to open air market for dinner. Haha. It's quite late. I should be our supper. But we haven't had our dinner. So dinner it is. We were arguing about some education thingy. I can tell you that we're loud. But we just continue with our arguments. Joshua was talking non stop that we had to ask him to finish his food. Lol. It was quite funny though. Having us forcing him to eat and not to talk.

I don't know why I ordered salad. But yea salad. Potato and egg salad. 

I brought my camera there and also the instant ones. It's been a long time since I last use the camera. Have to start using it again before it goes all rusty. Took Polaroid with each and every one of them except for Denise. Because she left early for visiting. Gonna keep them in a cute little bottle. All the memories. All the happy times. All in the pictures. I would say I have a lot of Polaroid pictures. Okay, let me get something straight. Polaroid films are expensive. But why do I have so many? I'll tell you why. I agree that the film's expensive. But it's a once in a lifetime picture. It's gonna be so worth it that when I look back at those Polaroid I'll regret for not taking more Polaroids. You can't turn back the time, can you? It'll remain as memories that will always be remembered. So there you go. You might not agree with me. Lol. It's okay. Different people have different opinions.

Kher San's birthday falls on the 11th of August. Which is today. But we celebrated her birthday yesterday. Went to Oinks. It's located, I don't know the exact location. Lol. But it's near Emporium. Never been there before too. Lol. So sua gu. I mean never dine there before. I've been there before to take away their mash potatoes. Their mash potatoes are so delicious! Love them. Went there twice to take away their mash potatoes. Lol. Love their gravy too. 

I was quite full so I just ordered their mash potatoes. Again. Because I want to eat mash potatoes ma. It's quite pricey. For me. Maybe not for others. Brought my camera there too. Took photos with some friends that I haven't seen for quite some times. Except for Chris la. Haha. I just saw him few days ago. It nice talking to old friends again. 

The photos are in my laptop now. But.. I'm lazy.. I know I know. I should upload them. Couldn't be more lazy. Let's just post them a few days later okay. Haha.

Sleep deprived. I've been sleeping late. Like super late. 3 in the morning. Or you want me to say early in the morning? So I've been sleeping early then. I don't know why. My biological clock is so messed up. It's been long since I last drink Starbucks or even coffee. I've no idea why I'm sleeping this late/early. Can someone tell me? I don't really feel tired. Though I sleep late I wake up late too. Haha. I'm on holiday ma. Plus I'm not working. I shall start working soon. So might as well sleep. If not I'll not have enough sleep ar. 

But today! I woke up early. Because I'm going jogging with some friends. Haha. I slept at 3 something. And woke up at almost 8. Prepare myself and off I go. Friendship park! There's where many people will go there jogging. Or even dating. Or something. It's really nice catching up with old friends. Gonna jog again soon. Have to discipline myself.

Asyraf invited us to his house. For raya. It was nice meeting the Form4/5 classmates again. And again it's been too long since our last gathering. I mean like the whole class gathering. Everyone's busy with their stuffs. Some are overseas studying. 

We were talking outside Asyraf's house. Just the four of us. Pik Ai, Crsytal and Zong Hong. We talked for quite some time. Lol. Seriously. We were laughing talking. Really enjoyed myself. 

Thanks Uncle for the green packet! Uncle was so funny. He packed different amount of money into different envelopes. And we choose our own green packet.

I'm a Westlife Fan.

I started listening to Westlife songs since I was in Kindergarten. I love their 'Season in the sun' songs. You know how last time cassettes were so popular. We have a lot of cassettes back then. Lots of old songs/love songs back in the 80's and the 90's.

I really loved their songs that I brought the cassette to my Kindy school and played it on the radio. How time flies. Really miss that moment. I loved their songs back then, loving their songs now and I'm sure I'm gonna love their songs in the future. 

I love their voices! I still remember there were five members back then. I forgot their names. Let me recall. I know there's one called Kian. Lol. Who else! Ahh. I'm a big fan of Westlife but I don't know their names! :O Bryan? I think? OH! SEAN OR SHAUN. HAHA. COME ON BRAIN. WHO ELSE. 

Okay. Nevermind. Haha.

That day I went and sing. I chose Westlife songs. I really enjoy myself sitting alone there and sing. It was really calming and satisfying.

Reunion [Lenians+Retard]

Yeap. Joshua is back. For a week or so. Last year, we [lenians] went to Grand Magaritha Hotel for a complementary stay. Thanks to Pik Ai. It was so fun. Staying with your besties for one night in a hotel. You can do anything, and I mean ANYTHING. HAHA. 

Shout here and there. Pillow fight. Heart-to-heart talk. And the list goes on. 

This year, we went Hilton. My dad has this complimentary stay. Since, my family aren't using it, I decided to ask the girls. Went there on the 3rd of August. Which was a Saturday. 

Pik Ai picked me and Jacq and off we went to our la la land. We were there first. Freda and Joshua joined us later. We were there quite early as compared to last year. I couldn't remember why were we so late last year. There must be a certain reason but I couldn't recall. 

You know what girls love to do in a hotel?

Top priority: CAM WHORE.

Yes. Haha. It's inside our gens. Don't blame us. It's like how boys love cars and stuffs. Same thing goes to the girls. Insta video our room and uploaded it on Instagram. Our room is big. It really is big. 

Took some pictures of our room. 

We only have on big bed. I don't know whether it's king size or queen size. Why not two beds? I want two beds. There's more pictures though. But it's inside my phone. I'll upload them some other times. 

There's this huge window where you can enjoy the view of the city. Awesome aite? Pretty amazing. Nice view, well, minus the dirty water of the river. 

Love our toilet! Haha. Our toilet is huge! Huge mirror! There's one tiny room where you do small/big business. There's one big tub for you to enjoy and relax! But we didn't get to use it. And another space for shower. 

I'll post the photos up. Probably soon. Be patient okay. 

We have our wardrobe and guess what they provide us with? A ROBE. HAHA. We were wearing the robe playing around with it. Sounds so wrong. Lol. 

Freda and Joshua joined us shortly. Joshua is prohibited to go any nearer to our bed. Why? Because I say so. Lol. The bed is meant for the four of us. He has to sleep on the couch. Pity Joshua. Haha.

Man, we were laughing our asses off. There's this period where we shouted and laughed. It was loud. Really loud. We were hiding in our bathroom and Joshua turn off the lights. Freda screamed. Haha. And I screamed because Freda brought a pillow inside and left it on the bathroom floor! We wanna attack Joshua. Ya'll wanna know what we did? You know how primary kids love to splash water at each others. Using tissue papers, dip it into the water and throw them at each others. YES THAT WAS WHAT WE DID THERE. To prevent Joshua from over-hearing what we're trying to do, we put some music to the max volume. We even SANG LIKE LA LA LA. HAHA. THAT WAS FUN AND FUNNY. Pik Ai and Jacq even wet the towels. 

Joshua pile up the pillow on the bed to trick us. We thought it was him. But it was just the pillows. He was hiding in the WARDROBE. HAHA. He came ambushing us from the back. We attacked him! We really SCREAMED OUR LUNGS OUT. I'M SORRY HOTEL GUESTS. WE WERE MESSING AROUND HAVING FUN.  

Went Kuching Festival for dinner. It was RAINING. SPOILER LE. WHY RAIN. ADUH. It was raining so heavily. That we had to stop at a stall and wait for the rain to stop. I don't remember buying a lot of food. Lol.

: One more thing.. but.. I don't know what it's called. I took picture of it. As usual, it's in my phone. 

We went back to the hotel around 8.30? Bought a bottle of water at 7-11. Each of us have one bottle. Haha. With different brands. So that we don't confuse each others with our water. Joshua went up first to shower. While waiting for him, two Caucasians girls were asking like are we okay. And they were telling us how they heard us screaming and laughing next door! They even say they PRAYED so that it doesn't happen at night! They were so polite! Feel bad about it. Haha. But at the same time they were telling us how they enjoyed themselves listening to us screaming and laughing. 

Then we had our heart-to-hear talk. It's really hard to gather all of us together since we're all heading to different directions of our life. But life goes on. And I'm happy that we're still close to each others. I didn't really talk much because I was down with flu. I was so tired that day too. Had flu since yesterday, plus sleeping at 2 in the morning. Walked under the rain in Kuching Festival some more. The flu got worse. Coughing some more. I dozed off shortly after that. I missed the heart-to-heart talk! Yea..

Slept till 10 something! I had the longest sleep among the rest. Haha. Sorry guys. Went breakfast at Green Hill. Went back to our hotel and get ready for sauna! It was one good experience. There's sauna and steam sauna. We went both! It was free anyways. And went to the gym for awhile too. Josh went swimming. 

We checked out at 2. And that's a wrap. I'll post some photos up okay.

Monsters University

For some reasons, which I don't know what it is, I didn't get to watch Monsters University when it's out in the cinema. I've watched it's trailer and man I got to say it's gonna be a great movie. But somehow, I didn't watch. So meh. 

My cousin came to my house overnight while she's still in Kuching and she downloaded Monsters University on my laptop. Apparently, she hasn't watch it too. Yeah, we're outdated. o.o

Aiya, better late than never right? 

So after I watched the movie, I give one thumb up! Haha. I gotta say Wolverine is still the best. Okay, let's give Monsters University two thumbs up for a Disney movie. 

I love Mike's voice when he's younger. It's really cute! I cannot tahan ar! This movie taught me that team work is one crucial key to be the best team. You cannot depend on one person to do everything. Everyone has it's own unique talent. Make the best out of everyone. 

You gotta work hard to achieve what you want in life. Like what Mike did. Don't be a lazy bum bum. 

Here's the plot:-

Michael "Mike" Wazowski, a six-year-old monster, visits Monsters Inc., the most famous scaring company in Monstropolis, on a school field trip. The class meets Frank McCay, an employee of the company who works as a "scarer", entering the human world to scare children at night and harvesting their screams as energy to power the monster world. Fascinated, Mike slips through Frank's door before anyone can stop him, where he watches Frank's scare performance, then follows him back through the door to the monster world. Frank scolds Mike, but is impressed having followed him unnoticed, and gives him his Monsters University hat as a souvenir. Oblivious to his teacher's later admonishments, Mike dreams of being a scarer when he grows up.

Approximately eleven years later,^[8] Mike is a scare major at Monsters University.^[9] On his first day, he meets his new roommate, Randall "Randy" Boggs, a nerdy chameleon-like monster. On the first day of class, the strict Dean of the scare program Abigail Hardscrabble informs the students that they must pass their final exam of the semester to continue in the program. As Mike is answering a question, he is interrupted by another scare student, an arrogant^[8] large blue monster named James P. "Sulley" Sullivan. While Mike is studying one night, Sulley inadvertently barges into his room to hide the pig mascot he stole from their rival college, Fear Tech. While the two introduce themselves, the pig steals Mike's MU hat and escapes. Mike and Sulley give chase and Mike captures it, but Sulley takes credit and is invited to join Roar Omega Roar, the elite fraternity on campus. Mike wants to join, but is rejected, starting a rivalry between the two.^[10][11][12]

Mike studies hard and answers questions in class correctly, while the privileged Sulley, relying on his natural scaring ability, begins to falter. At the final exam, Mike and Sulley's rivalry causes Hardscrabble to fail them both and dropping them from the program, prompting Roar Omega Roar to remove Sulley from the fraternity. Unsatisfied in his boring new major, Mike decides to prove himself by entering the Scare Games, an extracurricular scaring competition. As the games are only for fraternity or sorority members, Mike joins Oozma Kappa, a small fraternity of misfit monsters that was also removed from the scaring program. Oozma Kappa is denied entry as they are one team member short. Seeing the competition as his ticket back into the scare program Sulley also joins and Mike reluctantly accepts. Mike also makes a deal with Dean Hardscrabble, who remains skeptical, to re-admit their entire team to the scaring program if they win, whereas if they lose, Mike must leave Monsters University. Sulley expects to carry the team by himself, but Mike believes that with enough training, the whole team can succeed.

Oozma Kappa fails the first challenge miserably but miraculously advances when another team is disqualified. Soon they attend the Roar Omega Roar's party where the other competitors humiliate and discourage Oozma Kappa. Mike arranges a secret visit to Monsters, Inc. to lift their spirits and giving them the wits and training to advance to the final round against Roar Omega Roar. Sulley still doubts Mike can be a true scarer. After the team wins the final round, Mike discovers that Sulley cheated to improve Mike's score. Determined to prove he is capable of becoming a scarer, Mike breaks into the school's door lab and enters a door to the human world, but discovers that the door leads to a summer camp and he is unable to scare the cabin full of kids.

Back at the university, Sulley confesses to Hardscrabble that he cheated, just as she's notified of the break-in. Realizing what happened, Sulley enters the door to look for Mike. After finding Mike and reconciling, the pair, now being pursued by human adults, attempt to return, but find themselves trapped in the human world, as Hardscrabble has deactivated the door while waiting for the authorities to arrive. Mike realizes that the only way to get back into the monster world is to generate enough scream energy to power the door from their side.

Working together, Sulley and Mike terrify the adults, generating an overwhelming amount of scream energy and allowing them to return to the lab. Their actions lead to their expulsion from the university, but the other members of Oozma Kappa are accepted into the scare program the next semester as Hardscrabble was impressed with their performance in the games. They share goodbyes and as Sulley and Mike leave; Hardscrabble tells them they are the first to have surprised her and wishes them luck for the future. Mike and Sulley work at Monsters, Inc. in the company mailroom with the Abominable Snowman as the mailroom's manager. Working their way up through the company, the two eventually become part of the Scarer Team.

So cute right?! Haha.

Chocolate chip cookies!

So I made these chocolate chip cookies after watching a video. The recipe is simple. So why not give it a try. No harm trying aite?

All you need are:-

1. Sugar 

2. Salt

3. Vanilla essence

4. Two big eggs

5. Flour

6. Butter 

7. Baking powder

And last but not least, chocolate chips. What's chocolate chip cookies without chocolate chips? Meh. 

I took me almost an hour. Okay, I'm slow. Slowpoke. But better than nothing right? At least I give it a try. 

Reminder:

These cookies are gooey and not the crispy ones. Not the typical chips more that you buy in the supermarket. 

Some might not like it, but I think it's okay for me. It's a success! Never try never know. Hehe. I shall try something else next time. Something simple. Simple is perfect. Not too much. Simple is just nice.

I'm gonna update the quantities of the ingredients. And some pictures. If you would like to see the outcome. Meh! You must see even if you don't want to. And it's all up to you whether or not you want to try it out.
